SPLICE HOLDERS
These fibre Splice Holders are made from Nylon or Polypropylene (PP). They come in a variety of slot and mounting method configurations and can hold up to 24 splice connections. UL94 V0 and UL94 V2 options available. Colour choices include; Black, Blue, Green, Natural, Red and Yellow.
FIBRE SPLICE TRAY PARTS
Fibre Splice Trays are stackable to any number, and inter-tray fibre routing is possible through slots along one of the long sides of the tray. Colour coded hinges indicate side of tray to open from. Lid, trays, and hinges are sold separately or in a kit. Flame resistance; UL94 V0 and UL94 HB.
FIBRE SPLICE TRAYS – SYSTEM, KIT
Ideal for eliminating macro and micro bends that occur during mishandling of optical fibres. The trays are stackable to any number and inter-tray fibre routing is possible. Can use with splice holders, splice protectors and bend limiting tubing. Lids, trays and hinges also sold separately.

FIBRE SPLICE PROTECTORS
Optical ribbon and fibre Splice Protectors offer high protection for fibre. Two types are available that both consist of inner and outer tubing’s. Type 1 includes a Stainless-Steel rod and Type 2 uses a Ceramic Rod. Clear in appearance.
Provides excellent protection for fiber optic splices
Material: Polyolefin; PE Copolymer; Stainless Steel; PE Copolymer; Ceramic.

The hot-melt inner tube bonds to the fiber and the heat shrinkable outer tube to encapsulate the fusion splice joint.
Provides vibration damping and an environmental seal, protecting fibers from damage and contaminants.
FIBRE BRACKET – QUARTER TURN
Quarter Turn Fibre Brackets support standard rack brackets that mount into a 19 inch rack, with a quarter-turn. They can be used to run optical fibre alongside a racking unit. Made from UL94 V0 rated Nylon that is black in appearance.
FIBRE BRACKET – COILING CLIP
The optical PVC Fibre Bracket Coiling Clip is made of two extruded clips that snap into each other to form a clip that has a smooth and curved surface to accommodate fibre optic bundles and limit the bend radius of the fibre. Black in appearance. UL94 V0 rated.
FIBRE GUIDES
Fibre Guides are used to assist reeling and corner guides to maintain a bending radius through a 90-degree turn. Made from Black and Natural Nylon, with UL94 V0 and UL94 V2 rated options available.
FIBRE REELS
Fibre Management range supports low-profile Fibre Reels for spooling excess fibre on PCB board. Some can be broken apart to form controlled bend around 90- or 180-degree turn. Some reels can be stacked and mounted over PC Board. Made from Natural and Black Nylon. UL94 V0 and UL94 V2 rated options.
FIBRE ACCESSORIES
Fibre Reel Stacking Pillars and Standoffs made from UL94 V0 rated Nylon 6/6 that are black in appearance. These Fibre Accessories are used to either; stack multiple fibre reels and to space fibre reels off the PC Board.
FIBRE BEND-LIMITING TUBING – 1 TO 4 BREAKOUT
Optical fibre components enable small multiple fibre cables with aramid to be mechanically and securely terminated. The manifold is stackable and provides breakout for up to 4 wires. A development kit is also available that contains all adapters (OFM-4-05-19BLK). Made from UL94 V2 rated Black Nylon.
FIBRE BEND-LIMITING TUBING – DUPLEXER
Nylon Fibre Bend Limiting Tubing Duplexer enables cables with aramid strands to be broken out and mechanically terminated. Gives a range of input adapters to cover OFBLT, fibre bundles, cable and patch cords from 2.5mm up to 7.00mm in diameter. Black, Blue and Green colour options. UL94 V0 rated.
FIBRE BEND-LIMITING TUBING
Manages the routing of fibre, eliminating issues like; crushing, kinking and microbending. Ideal for blown fibre applications over short distance and curb side FTTH/FTTB applications. Made from Polypropylene (PP) or Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT). Black and White colour options. UL94 V0 rated.
FIBRE BEND-LIMITING TUBING TOOLS
OFBLT Zip Tools are used to install fibre into OFBLTS slit tubing. Fibre slides into the side of the tool. The slit tubing is then fed over the horn of the tool, which then slides into the slit tubing to install the fibre. Made from Red or Black Polyoxymethylene (POM).
FIBRE MANIFOLDS – PTFE TUBING
Made from Natural Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) this Fibre Manifolds Tubing available as a 120 meter coil. Designed to protect fibre in the optical fibre flat manifold. UL94 V0 rated.
OPTIC FIBRE BEND-LIMITING CLIPS
Optic Fibre Bend Limiting Clips are made from Natural and Black Nylon. Designed to provide protection against breaks and kinks in any fibre routing applications. UL94 V0 and UL94 V2 rated options available.
FIBRE STRAIN RELIEF GLAND
Fibre Strain Relief Glands are designed to provide protection to jacketed and bare fibre, while routed through holes. The Nylon body mounts directly on the panel, and the jacketed cable is passed through the centre hole. Made from UL94 V0 rated Black Nylon.
OPTICAL FIBRE CONNECTOR COVERS
Optical Fibre Connector Covers prevent outside elements, unwanted foreign bodies and dirt from getting into fibres and wires. Our range features dust caps with a metal 2.5-inch-long chain. Material Options; HDPE, PVC, Stainless Steel, and TPE. Colours; Black, Green, Natural, Red and White.
OPTIC FIBRE DUST CAP
Optic Fibre Dust Caps provide environmental protection for SMA, ST, and FC connector adapters. The flexible Black PVC material is durable and provides a snug fit.
FERRULE DUST CAP
Ferrule Dust Caps provide environmental protection for 2.5mm ferrules. The flexible Black Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) material is RoHS compliant. This material is durable and provides a snug fit.
FIBRE OPTIC CONNECTOR BOOTS
Made from Black Thermoplastic Elastomers (TPE), Fibre Optic Connector Boots provide strain relief for Micron Fibres and additional protection to the fibre, while routing through a hole. The 900 Micron Transition Boot limits the bend of the fibre, preventing signal loss.
FIBRE CUTOUT ADAPTERS
Fibre Cut-out Adapters convert a hole cut-out for an SC connector into a hole cut-out for an ST connector. The optical fibre duplexer enables cables with aramid strands to be broken out and mechanically terminated. Made from UL94 V2 rated Black or Natural Nylon.
