The Heyco® Helios® Edge Clip simply attaches to any solar panel frame or other structure between 1 and 3mm in thickness. The Helios® Edge Clip installs with easy fingertip pressure, while the stainless-steel teeth underneath the nylon overmold provides a strong and reliable hold to the panel frame.
The Helios Edge Clip features plastic wire management to insulate cables from the aluminum solar panel frames, meeting the requirements of UL 3741. It can hold up to 2 cables, each ranging between .230 - .315 inches (5.8 - 8.0 mm). The unique design also provides separation between each conductor while providing high axial retention with one cable and even higher retention with both cable bays filled.
