Mornsun’s QAxx3-R3 series DC-DC module was developed for IGBT drivers requiring two stages of isolated power supplies in applications such as electric vehicle charging stations. The common ground mode output is adopted internally for better energy provision of IGBT switching. Output short-circuit protection and self-recovery capabilities are also provided. Other applications include: AC servo drive systems; Electric welding machines; and Uninterruptible power supplies (UPS)
